Utility Payments

Utility bills are sent out at the end of each month and are due on the 10th of the next month.  If the 10th falls on a day the Village Offices are not open for business, the next working day will be considered the final day to avoid late charges. Utility customers who are not property owners must pay a deposit to have the bill sent to them; property owners are ultimately responsible for payment of all utility bills.

Per Ordinance No. 1599-12 the water and sewer rates will increase 3% annually.
